Attraction Rules

Wave Pool​
  • Our Wave Pool features a beach-like or zero-depth entry and is a maximum of 1.82 metres or 6 feet deep.

  • The Wave Pool temperature is approximately 30 degrees C or 86 degrees F

  • Due to the varying water depths we do not permit jumping or diving in the Wave Pool.

  • Swimming is not permitted in the wave generating area. Please do not swim past the flags that hang above the surface of the water in the deeper end.

  • Due to the turbulent nature of this attraction guests under 1.21 metres or 48” (4 feet) tall must be accompanied by supervising (responsible) person and wear a life jacket/PFD. These are provided at no charge.

  • We strongly recommend that guests wearing PFDs remain within arms' reach of a supervising (responsible) person at all times.

  • If you are bringing your own lifejacket/PFD please make sure it has Canadian Coast Guard or Department of Transportation (DOT) approval.

  • Prolonged exposure to wave action may result in fatigue - please use caution in deep water.

The Python​
  • Maximum operational load: 2 to 4 persons, with a maximum combined weight of 272 kilograms or 600 lbs.

  • Guests are required to be 1.21 metres or 48” (4 feet) tall to participate in this attraction.

  • Eyeglasses must be securely affixed to riders with head straps. No loose articles permitted.

  • Swim attire with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation are not permitted.

  • This attraction requires a tube/raft. Your tube/raft will be waiting for you at the top of the attraction. You do not need to carry one up the water slide tower.

  • A lifeguard at the top of the slide will assist guests in entering the tube/raft required for this attraction. Only one raft will enter the flume at a time.

  • Please step into your tube/raft carefully – no jumping or diving. Guests are to be fully seated with back against tube/raft, holding handles with both hands.

  • Riders must stay in the tube/raft during entire duration of the ride. If you accidentally fall from the raft continue on down the flume without it and exit normally.
  • Riders must wait for the lifeguards 'start' signal before beginning the ride.

  • Keep arms and hands inside the slide and tube/raft at all times.

  • Do not run, dive, stand, kneel, rotate, or stop in the slide.

  • At the end of the slide, stay in the tube/raft until directed by a lifeguard to carefully exit the tube/raft.

  • This attraction exits/ends in a splash pool. The splash pool is 1.06 metres or 42 inches (3 feet 6 inches) deep.  Please do not jump or dive from the tube/raft into pool. Exit the tube/raft feet first and slip into the splash pool.

  • Caution: For safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not ride this slide.
 
​Whizzard
  • Maximum operational load: 1 person, 136 kilograms or 300lbs maximum.

  • Guests must be 1.06 metres or 42” (3 feet 6 inches) tall to participate in this attraction.

  • A proper riding mat is required to ride this ride. They are available at the bottom of the attraction.

  • Eyeglasses must be securely affixed to riders with head straps.

  • Swim attire with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentations are not permitted.

  • This is a single rider attraction. One person per slide will be dispatched at a time on each of the blue, orange, and purple slides.  

  • Chains are not permitted.

  • Slide must be ridden with a proper mat, head first with a firm grip on both mat handles at all times.

  • The lifeguard at the top of the slide will tell you when it is time to "go".

  • Keep arms and hands inside the flumes at all times.

  • Do not run, dive, stand, kneel, rotate, or stop in the slide.

  • At the end of the slide, obey all instructions by the lifeguard and exit quickly by walking to the end of your lane.  Do not cross lanes on exiting.  Be cautious walking as surface is very slippery.

  • Caution: For safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not ride this slide.​

 
​Lazy River
  • Depth is 0.91 metres or 3 feet (36 inches).
  • The water temperature of the Lazy River is approximately 30 degrees C or 86 degrees F.
  • Only clear tubes provided by facility may be used in Lazy River. No noodles or other floatation devices will be permitted with the only exception being Canadian Coast Guard or Department of Transportation approved PFDs/life jackets.
  • Due to the currents and turbulent nature of this attraction guests under 1.21 metres or 48” (4 feet) in height must be accompanied by a supervising (responsible) person and wear a PFD/life jacket to gain access to the Lazy River. PFDs are available at no charge.
  • Entry is from the stairs or ramps around the Lazy River. Please do not jump or dive into the Lazy River from the edges/sides.

  • Please do not stand on, climb, or jump over any of the features around the Lazy River. climbing, or sitting on Lazy River walls. 

  • Please "go with the flow" and float with the direction of the current at all times.

  • Please do not stand on the tubes or stack them. Forming chains, pushing, rocking or other horseplay is not permitted.

  • One rider per single tube.  Guests under 1.21 metres or 48” tall may float with a supervising (responsible) person.

  • Tubes are to remain in the Lazy River or tube storage area and are not allowed in any other part of the facility.

  • Always use caution and follow lifeguard instructions when floating the Lazy River.

Master Blaster​
  • Maximum operational load 2 persons, maximum 181 kilograms or 400 lbs total. Any one person 136 kilograms or 300 lbs.
  • No horseplay or daredevil stunts are allowed.
  • A tube is required for this attraction. Tubes are available at the bottom (exit) area. We keep a pre-set number of tubes in circulation to minimize congestion on our water slide tower.
  • Please follow the direction of the Lifeguards at all times.

  • If at any time during the ride your tube stops before the exit, stay seated in your tube until assistance arrives. Caution: The face of the ride is slippery.

  • Proper riding position is seated, facing forward, knees bent, and hands on handles.

  • Guests must be 1.06 metres or 42” (3 feet 6 inches) tall participate in this attraction.

  • This ride is not recommended for unattended small children or weak swimmers.

  • Eyeglasses must be securely affixed to riders with head straps.
  • Swim attire with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation are not permitted.

  • Caution: This attraction is an intense participatory water thrill ride. Riders must be in good physical condition and free from any physical limitation to participate. Pregnant women and persons with or having a history of heart, back, neck, or joint problems should not ride.

  • Only one inner tube will enter the flume at one time.

  • Single riders must sit in the front seat of double tubes.

  • Never form chains.

  • No standing, kneeling, or stopping while on the ride.

  • Do not attempt to slow yourself by grabbing or holding the sidewalls with either feet or hands.

  • If at any time during the ride your tube stops before the exit, stay seated in your tube until assistance arrives.

  • Riders must wait for lifeguard instruction before starting the ride.

  • At the end of the slide, obey all instructions by lifeguard. Exit quickly, taking your tube with you.

  • Failure to abide by these rules may result in serious injury to yourself or others.

 
​FlowRider
  • This is a strenuous high thrill ride. The moving water is extremely turbulent.
  • Body boarding on this sheet wave is a body-active, participatory sport. As with all sports, care must be taken to avoid a mishap.
  • Riders must be in good physical condition and free from any physical limitations to participate. Pregnant women and persons with or having a history of heart, back, neck, shoulder, or joint problems should not ride.
  • Riders must be 1.06 metres or 42" (3 feet 6 inches) to body board.
  • Jewelry, hats, foot wear, eye glasses, or loose articles of any type are not recommended on the ride as they may injure the participant.
  • Bathing suit tops, bottoms, and loose clothing may be pulled off by the flowing water. Cover-ups are suggested.
  • A lifeguard will provide you with instruction prior to entering the ride.
      • Body Boarding: place your body board into the flow of water, slick side down. Lie down on your stomach, head facing the flow of water, with your hips along the rear edge of the board. Your legs should be extended straight behind you to serve as a rudder. Your hands should grab the forward rails of the board. Keep fingers, hands, and elbows on top of your board to minimize water splashed into eyes. Gently push into the flow. You may ride in a kneeling position.
  • Avoid jumping into or entering the ride at high speed; you will wipe out!
  • Steer your board into the centre of the flowing water. You can control your board by gently shifting your weight. Try to keep your board pointed in the direction of the oncoming flow of water. Edge control is the key.
  • If you wipe out, do not hold your board. Release board immediately, cover your head, and keep limbs close to body and try to brace for impact with feet first.
  • Caution: The surface of this ride is very slippery. Do not attempt to walk on the ride surface. You may only stand to walk and exit after coming to a complete stop on the dark blue drain grating.
  • Obey the lifeguards at all times.
 
​Splash Zone Yellow Slide
  • Maximum rider weight 136 kilograms or 300lbs.
  • Participants must be 1.01 metres or 40 inches tall to participate in this attraction.
  • Eyeglasses must be securely affixed to riders with head straps.
  • Swim ATTIRE with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation are not permitted.
  • Only one rider to enter the flume at a time. Single Riders only.
  • Never form chains.
  • Slide must be ridden feet first lying on your back or in a sitting position. Sit up to go slower or lay down to go faster.
  • Riders must wait for the Lifeguard's 'start' signal before stating beginning the ride.
  • Keep arms and hands inside the flumes at all times.
  • Do not run, dive, stand, kneel, rotate, or stop in the slide.
  • At the end of the slide, obey all instructions by the Lifeguard and exit quickly by walking as surface is very slippery.
  • Caution: For safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not ride this slide.

 

​Splash Zone Blue Slide
  • Maximum rider weight 136 kilograms or 300lbs.
  • Participants must be 1.01 metres or 40  inches tall to participate in this attraction.
  • Eyeglasses must be securely affixed to riders with head straps.
  • Swim attire with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation are not permitted.
  • Only one rider to enter the flume at a time. Single Riders only.
  • Never form chains.
  • Slide must be ridden feet first lying on your back with legs firmly crossed at the ankles and arms folded across the chest (to prevent elbows contacting the flume).
  • Riders must wait for the lifeguard's 'start' signal before beginning the ride.
  • Do not uncross your legs or attempt to sit up until you come to a stop in the shutdown lane.
  • Do not run, dive, stand, kneel, rotate, or stop in the slide.
  • At the end of the slide, obey all instructions by shutdown lane and exit quickly by walking as surface is very slippery.
  • Caution:  For safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not ride this slide.
 
Splash Zone Pink Slide
  • 1 person at a time, maximum rider weight 91 kilograms or 200lbs.
  • Participants must be 0.91 metres or 36 inches tall to participate in this attraction.
  • Eyeglasses must be securely affixed to riders with head straps.
  • Swim attire with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation are not permitted.
  • Only one rider to enter the flume at a time. Single Riders only.
  • Never form chains.
  • Slide must be ridden feet first lying on your back with legs firmly crossed at the ankles and arms folded across the chest (to prevent elbows contacting the flume).
  • Riders must wait for the lifeguard's 'start' signal before starting beginning the ride.

  • Only one rider to enter the flume at a time. Single riders only.
  • Never form chains.
  • Slide must be ridden feet first lying on your back or in a sitting position. Sit up to go slower or lay down to go faster.
  • Riders must wait for the Lifeguard's 'start' signal before beginning the ride.
  • Keep arms and hands inside the flumes at all times.
  • Do not run, dive, stand, kneel, rotate, or stop in the slide.
  • At the end of the slide, obey all instructions by the lifeguard and exit quickly by walking as surface is very slippery.

​Tot Loch Dark Blue Slide
  • 1 person at a time, maximum rider weight 91 kilograms or 200lbs.
  • Participants must be 0.91 metres or 36 inches tall to participate in this attraction.
  • Eyeglasses must be securely affixed to riders with head straps.
  • Swim attire with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation are not permitted.
  • Only one rider per lane to enter the flume at a time. Single riders only!
  • Never form chains.
  • Slide must be ridden feet first lying on your back or in a sitting position (sit up to go slower, lie down to go faster).
  • Riders must wait for the Lifeguard's 'start' signal before beginning the ride.
  • Keep arms and hands inside the flume at all times.
  • Do not run, dive, stand, kneel, rotate, or stop on the slide.
  • At the end of the slide, obey all instructions by the Lifeguard and exit quickly.
  • Caution:  For safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not ride this slide.
 
​Tot Loch Purple Slide
  • Maximum operational load: 4 persons, maximum 362 kilogram or 800 lbs combined weight. The individual maximum weight is 91 kilograms or 200 lbs.
  • Participants must be 0.91 metres or 36 inches tall to participate in this attraction.
  • Eyeglasses must be securely affixed to riders with head straps.
  • Swim attire with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation are not permitted.
  • Up to four riders allowed on flume at one time. Please ride side by side.
  • Never form chains.
  • Slide must be ridden feet first lying on your back or in a sitting position (sit up to go slower, lie down to go faster).
  • Riders must wait for the lifeguard's 'start' signal before beginning the ride.
  • Keep arms and hands inside the flume at all times.
  • Do not run, dive, stand, kneel, rotate, or stop in the slide.
  • At the end of the slide, obey all instructions by the Lifeguard and exit quickly.
  • Caution:  For safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not ride this slide.
